1. Giants: Art from the Dean Collection of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys

Music moguls Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys exude big personalities, and their art collection is no different.

2. Frieze New York 2024

Frieze New York 2024 promises exciting discoveries at The Shed. Visitors can immerse themselves in works by emerging stars alongside icons from galleries like the Gagosian and White Cube. If you’re lucky maybe you’ll sneak a peek of rising star, curator Sophie Cohen!

Don’t miss Hauser & Wirth’s booth as they will spotlight influential multimedia pioneer Joan Jonas. New York born and bred, Jonas embraces performance art with one of her memorable series being “Mirror Piece”, where a line of dancers walking slowly in a single file line with mirrors (obscuring the dancers themselves) directly facing into the audience. We await eagerly to see her newest work! Emerging stars will shine at 303 Gallery featuring unexpected new voices. Jerry Saltz has declared Lisa Spellman of 303 Gallery as “one of the greatest New York gallerists of our time”. Their current exhibit of metallic balloons by Danish artist Jeppe Hein is playful and cute.

Frieze’s Focus introduces underrecognized talent across Matthew Brown Gallery's explorations of abstraction and Kapp Kapp's historical curation of envelope pushing artists.

3. TEFAF New York
